Hike: an apartment in Paris

A young French designer decided to visually expand the space of her Hike apartment in Paris. To this end, she invited SABO Project Studio.

The project idea: a multi functional wall. It plays the role of a ladder, cabinet, shelving, display cases, wardrobe, as well as the light source. Light and bright furniture allows rays of light to penetrate into the central corridor of the Hike apartment. It creates a thoughtful interior views between the bedroom and living room. Unusual stairs – a tribute to the surrounding hills and Montmartre. The kitchen of the Hike apartment is created by a small vertical garden, providing the landlady, fresh herbs. Its growth supports the sun’s rays and a special artificial lighting. Steel worktop length of 4.5 meters commissioned by designers. It contrasts with a quirky floor covered with linoleum with a pattern of stripes with fourteen colors.
