Mountain guest house

This mountain guest house is located on the site of the old buildings in Barcelona. The project of reconstruction is made by studio Dom Arquitectura. Architects could not change the size of the building, so the first thing they did they “warmed” the house and added waterproofing. To extend the limited space, it was decided to make it as open space. The new terrace has become a link between the interior and the beautiful garden, which now the owners can enjoy the comfort of their home or relaxing under a canopy. The internal organization of the house is based on the continuity and succession, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are a single unit. A beautiful mountain guest house and a beautiful site. Surface: 65 square meters.
