Architectural studio Luigi Rosselli drafted the mansion. The mansion is located on a hillside with stunning views of the bay, so the upper levels are planned in the form of terraces and balconies, “hovering” over each other. The project has received a number of environmental advantages: solar panels, rainwater collection system and minimize costs to cool the house during the hot months, due to the successful planning of internal space and large-scale air circulation. The interior, made by australian designer Alexandra Donohue, combines modern furniture sets and vibrant vintage collection. Dominating the interior, peach color fills the house with warm and confort.
