The Story Behind Just3DS

Just3DS was built on the belief that architectural visualization should begin with an understanding of architecture itself.

My name is Aurel Gârceavă, Designer in Architecture, Environmental Arts & Design, and I have been working professionally in architecture and visualization since 2003.

Over the past two decades, I have contributed to a diverse range of architectural projects, from private residences and commercial developments to luxury hospitality destinations, wineries, yacht clubs, office towers, and large-scale urban concepts.

My portfolio includes visualization and design work for projects such as Fess Parker Winery, Brick Barn Wine Estate, and the renovation of the Santa Barbara Yacht Club in California. I have also contributed to luxury hospitality developments, including the San San Project in San San Beach, Jamaica — a high-end resort concept featuring custom-designed villas, premium amenities, lounge areas, restaurant facilities, and exclusive guest experiences.

Beyond hospitality, my experience extends to complex urban and commercial developments, including a landmark twin-tower project in Beijing, residential developments across Europe, North America, and Asia, and participation in international architectural competitions such as the redevelopment proposal for the Morphou Municipality in Cyprus.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with internationally recognized brands and manufacturers, including Caesarstone and Walker Zanger, helping transform architectural concepts into compelling visual presentations used for design development, marketing, presentations, and decision-making.

What makes Just3DS different is not simply the ability to create attractive images.
It is the architectural understanding behind them.

Every project begins with design intent, spatial relationships, materials, proportion, and context. Visualization is the final step of a process that starts with architecture itself.

Today, Just3DS combines architectural knowledge, 3D modeling, visualization, presentation graphics, and design communication to help architects, developers, designers, and investors present their ideas with clarity and confidence.

We understand architecture first. Visualization comes second.
